Placing an Order

If you would like a price quotation for an item or system that is listed on this site, click the "Get More Information" button on the product description page, then fill out the online form. You can also add several items to your interest list before you fill out the form, by clicking the "Add to my Interest List" button on the product description page.

If you have a question or need additional information besides a price quotation, call us or E-mail us at air@airecycle.com. Our price quotes most often contain information concerning price, availability, delivery, terms and related project details.

If you have a price quotation and wish to place an order, please provide us with the following:
Fax us (303)-216-0575 a written purchase order, or purchase letter, that references our quotation number, accepts our payment terms and delivery date and provides us a shipping / delivery address.
We will confirm your order and most likely call you to discuss the specifics of your order (financing, references, site preparation, installation dates and other requirements).

Please note, if any conditions (terms, price, hardware, delivery date, etc.) have changes from the original price quotation, the best approach is to request a revised quote from your representative, prior to placing an order. Project changes can be documented on the Purchase Order, without a revised quotation, but these changes must be agreed to in writing by AIR.

With the exception of international orders, we do not request payment in advance. Payment is usually COD, but terms are available for established customers. We also offer leasing, lease financing and renting and we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
