Pricing

All instruments and equipment are subject to prior sale. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Quotations are available upon request. Quotations for the purchase or sale of any item are valid for no longer than 30 days unless specifically stated otherwise. All prices provided by Analytical Instrument Recycle, Inc. in this WWW site are based upon a single item purchase. Volume discounts are available. Prices do not include shipping, handling or installation.

Shipping

Analytical Instrument Recycle, Inc. will ship orders via TransAir, Inc. (phone: 800-926-2478) 3 to 5 day service unless the customer specifies otherwise. Orders will be fully insured. The customer is charged for all shipping and handling fees (duties, custom fees, insurance, etc.) incurred in the delivery of an item's to the ship-to location.

Terms & Conditions

First time orders for most companies will be COD. Terms for all orders are clearly marked on the AIR Price Quotations and on the AIR Invoice. When placing an order with AIR, clients should reference an AIR Price Quotation Number and the terms specified on that quotations will apply to the order. Net terms are available to qualified companies after a credit check has been completed. A deposit and / or pre-payment is required on most orders over $1000. International order terms (sales outside of the United States) will be prepayment or wire transfer. Late charges will be accesses to customer's 30 days past due on the net term invoices.

Rentals are available with appropriate security and credit information. Lease options are available through a third party leasing company.

Returns

All returns must be shipped prepaid and fully insured with the original packing materials, hardware, cables, manuals and software intact. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) on the package being returned to Analytical Instrument Recycle, Inc. Contact an AIR representative to receive a RAN#. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Consignment Terms

There are two types of consignments offered by AIR based on the physical possession of the item(s) consigned. The following are the General Terms and Conditions that apply to all AIR consignments:

AIR Commissions:
AIR consignment commissions are paid only if an item is sold.
Consignment Agreement:
A consignment agreement between Analytical Instrument Recycle, Inc. and the Consignor is required. This agreement states that the items being sold by the consignor are the property of the consignor, that there are no legal judgments against that property and that the information provided concerning the consigned item(s) is truthful and accurate. In addition, this agreement might state an initial offering price that AIR will ask in the sale of an item and might provide additional Terms and Conditions involving the consignment.
Payment Terms:
AIR requires payment in full from a buyer prior to providing payment to the Consignor. All payment will be made directly to Analytical Instrument Recycle, Inc. Funds received by AIR will be retain for a minimum of 15 days before they are released to the consignor.
