Information About Analytical Instrument Recycle Services
Return Authorization Service is a system set up to track instruments sent to AIR for repair. To request service or a Return Authorization, please email all pertinent contact information to service@airecycle.com.
Custom Configuration means that you only pay for instrument feature that you need and you can usually get all of the features that you want. Using a Gas Chromatograph as an example, there are at least eight (8) basic injection port options, five (5) basic detector options, several different data systems and a wide range of ancillary options (cryogenic focusing, valve configurations, etc.). With this many choices, it is important that AIR can build a GC instrument that suites your requirements.
Verified Performance means that we test and document the performance of our instrument systems prior to delivery.
Delivery Services are included as a line item in most AIR price quotations.
Installation Services are optional but are generally beneficial to our customers. We link our performance at installation to the invoice so that AIR receives payment only after an instrument is successfully installed.
Familiarization Services provide our clients with the basic knowledge they need for instrument operation. The AIR familiarization is generally not enough training for a complex analytical method but it does provide a basic foundation for instrument comfort and future growth with experience.
